Our teams are custom built for our customers. Our developers only work for one customer at a time; often for many years. They will really become your new remote colleagues. During the onboarding phase the team will visit you at your office and afterwards, you will physically meet at least every quarter in Poland or the Netherlands. We adapt to your culture and we like to celebrate our successes together!

We take care of the whole process and you only have to confirm the candidates and onboard them properly.
