Whistleblower Policy
About the Policy
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, commonly known as the EU Whistleblowing Directive. This reporting mechanism is designed to facilitate the disclosure of information about breaches of EU law, as specified in Article 2 of the Directive, and to ensure the protection of reporting persons as mandated by Article 6. The processing of personal data herein shall be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive (EU) 2016/680.
Breach Response Team
Our dedicated Breach Response Team has been designated by the board to handle all incoming cases related to potential breaches of EU law. The team consists of:
