Over the years we grew our presence in Poland by opening new offices in locations that had high potential. This allowed us to have access to a bigger pool of talents, which shortened the time to find great software engineers. Nowadays, even though most people prefer to work remotely, having an office nearby is still a big plus. It allows us to maintain team spirit by organizing team events, to work in one place whenever needed, to attend workshops and different training sessions. Without offices spreaded across Poland it would not be possible to build real teams.
