Our recommendation is to have a Team Leader, but of course it depends on the team size. If you have a smaller team, then usually they’re able to organize themselves with the help of Project Manager. If you have a bigger team (3+) we can find a great Team Leader for you, but usually someone from the team becomes a Team Leader in a natural way. He’s then leading a team and can be also supported by Project Manager.
