Within our company we organize various training endeavors open for everyone to attend - both technical & soft skills, organized with certified coaches and trainers (primary focus being soft-skill related topics, such as communication, relationship building, leadership, etc.). In 2022 only we organized 15 onsite and online courses/workshops. We also run special knowledge-sharing groups (for team leaders, for project managers, per each technology etc.). Also, each employee has their own training budget which they can use up for training purposes of their choice (such as technology-specific courses, workshops, conferences & events, etc.).
