First, a few words about the company and the team:

  • we have over 130 employees on board (and still counting!)
  • current offices are in Wrocław, Rzeszów and Kraków, but we want to open a new workspace in Poznań, which you will build together with us 😀
  • you will join the HR Team, now there are 3 of us: Patrycja, Natalia and Asia. Each of us deals with a slightly different HR area, but we have one thing in common: passion for recruitment 😍

What will you do with us:

  • manage recruitment processes from A to Z
  • actively search for candidates from the market; make real use of x-ray & search methods
  • take care of the candidate experience: establish long-term relationships with them, update them on each status change, provide feedback after completed interviews
  • cooperate with developers: it’s them with whom you will arrange technical verification & determine the feedback to the candidates
  • and with the board: you will know who we are looking for & what is our budget from Kasia, all the project & recruitment process details you will get from Radek - note that the board does not bite 😉
  • suggest new solutions and recruitment tools - every idea is worth its weight in gold 🤑

And now the meat- we will welcome you on board AS if:

  • you have several years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry
  • you know how to reach a candidate using non-standard methods 🔍
  • you have worked in a software house or an IT company before - this is a big plus
  • you have your network of contacts in the IT area, you know how to use social media to attract potential employees
  • you are creative - unconventional messages to candidates on Linkedin are piece of cake for you
  • you speak English easily

In Amsterdam Standard:

  • you will be part of a solid HR team (2 people are in Krakow and 1 in Wroclaw)
  • you decide which office you want to work in: Wrocław, Rzeszów, Kraków, Poznań or maybe fully remote?
