Your responsibilities

  • manage our front desk on a daily basis - receive, distribute and send mail/deliveries, greet and welcome guests
  • be a point of contact with the office tenant, technical team and handyman
  • order office supplies and groceries
  • organize internal meetings
  • maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • contact our employees and support them in the implementation of their ideas or take care of reported issues
  • onboard new employees: order IT equipment, organize their first day of work
  • support the organization of integration parties and other events

Our expectations

  • min. 1 year of work experience in an office / administrative position
  • knowledge of Google Drive tools
  • independence and a sense of responsibility, you can be relied on
  • you can easily connect with people
  • good time management and organizational skills
  • you have a lot of ideas on how to run an office
  • you can ensure good communication with employees
  • very good knowledge of English
